About the service

No. We are a referral service only. We do not provide cleaning services, employ cleaners, or guarantee service quality.

We charge contractors a referral fee when we introduce them to a qualified lead. This is disclosed in our terms.

A work order is the scope document we create based on your requirements. It includes your cleaning needs, schedule, and space details. Verifying it confirms the details are correct before we forward to a contractor.

For contractors

Contact us via the contact page with your business details. We'll verify your ABN, insurance, and credentials before activation.

Standard leads are $35. Site-visit-enriched leads are $100. Terms are agreed before activation.
