Your consultant will ask about your office size, cleaning frequency, preferred schedule, and any special requirements. It takes about 3–5 minutes. There are no forms — just a conversation.
We prepare your work order
Once we have everything we need, we prepare a professional scope document outlining all the details. We email this to you for confirmation — simply click verify to confirm the details look right.
Our team reviews your inquiry
After you verify, our team reviews your inquiry and may call you to discuss anything that would help us find the best match — or offer a free site assessment for larger or complex jobs.
We connect you with a contractor
We refer your inquiry to a vetted local cleaning contractor who meets your requirements. They'll contact you directly to arrange a proper quote.
You deal directly with the contractor
Once introduced, everything is between you and the contractor. findmeacleaner.com.au's role ends at the introduction. The contractor delivers the service.
