findmeacleaner.com.au is a referral and lead qualification service. We connect businesses with independent cleaning contractors. We do not provide cleaning services, employ cleaners, or act as an agent for any contractor.
2. Our role
By using this service, you acknowledge that findmeacleaner.com.au acts solely as an intermediary. We introduce you to cleaning contractors but are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. We are not responsible for the quality, reliability, or outcomes of any cleaning services provided.
3. Referral fees
findmeacleaner.com.au may receive a referral fee from cleaning contractors when we introduce them to a qualified business inquiry. This fee is paid by contractors, not by you.
4. Your information
By submitting an inquiry, you consent to your contact details and cleaning requirements being shared with vetted cleaning contractors for the purpose of obtaining quotes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. No guarantee
We do not guarantee that a suitable contractor will be found, that quotes will meet your budget, or that a contractor will be available in your area. Contractor compliance documents are verified at the time of onboarding and may change.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
