When you use our service, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, business address and suburb, office details and cleaning requirements, IP address and browser information, and UTM/referral source data.

3. Why we collect it and how we use it

We collect your information to match your inquiry with suitable cleaning contractors and to communicate with you about your inquiry. We may share your name, contact details, and cleaning requirements with vetted cleaning contractors for the purpose of providing you with quotes. This is disclosed before you submit any information.

4. Who we share your information with

Your details may be shared with: cleaning contractors we refer your inquiry to; our email service provider (Mailgun); our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4). We do not sell your personal information. Contractors who receive your details are bound by their own privacy obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@findmeacleaner.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
